Lotz Roofing & Sons was originally founded in central Florida in the early '70s by Ron Lotz along with his three sons; Dan, Ron, and Craig. By the late '80s, the 3 sons had moved to the beautiful mountains of WNC, and worked with a local roofer for several years before branching out on their own to start Lotz Roofing (NC). 

Lotz Roofing is now co-owned by Craig Lotz (over 40 years of experience) and his son Bryce (over 15 years of experience); partnering with 2 main crew leaders (each with over 20 years of experience) and 5 crews. In addition to handling all types of roofing applications (shingles, metal, TPO, etc) we also offer full service in most siding applications (hardy, LP, vinyl, metal, etc).
